Privacy policy

Gimble Gaming · Last updated October 22, 2026

This policy covers the games published by Gimble Gaming ("we"), as apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store and in the browser here on gimblegaming.com: Block Quest, Pocket Sloth, Chordfall, Mythnest, Mahjong Café, Road Trip '98, Arrow Beats, Driftling, Sloth Rock Showdown, Dreamdrop, Tap Arcade, Volley Valley, Calm Corner, Crater Catch, Jam Jar, Fireflock, Polarity Pip and Book of Maybe. The short version: the games collect no personal information at all.

Information kept on your device

The apps save your progress and settings on your phone: best scores, levels reached, your virtual pet and its album in Pocket Sloth, your café and its coins in Mahjong Café, your instrument, key and lesson stars in Jam Jar, the nights you have synced in Fireflock, the coins, best scores and creatures that Driftling, Sloth Rock Showdown and Volley Valley share, the questions you type and the pages you save in Book of Maybe, your creatures in the creature games, and choices like sound, music and vibration. This data stays in the app's storage on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

No ads, no accounts, no tracking

The apps are free and show no advertising. They contain no advertising or analytics software, have no accounts, sign-in, chat or social features, and do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos or location. Sound and vibration are generated on your phone and send nothing anywhere. We do not collect, share or sell personal information. If an app ever lets you share something (for example a creature code to trade with a friend), it is you who chooses to send it, through your phone's own share sheet.

This website and playing in your browser

You can also play every game here on gimblegaming.com. In the browser, a game keeps your progress in that browser’s own storage on your device, just as the apps do, and it is never sent to us. The site also remembers there which games you have tried, so it can show your progress; nothing else is kept. The site sets no cookies and has no ads, analytics or sign-in. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles the technical information any website needs to deliver its pages and keep them safe, such as your IP address; we do not use it to identify you. If you play our games on another site, such as itch.io, that site’s own privacy policy applies there too.

Playing a friend online (Volley Valley)

Volley Valley can link two devices for a match. The two browsers connect straight to each other (WebRTC), with no game server of ours in between. The invite and reply codes you swap carry the connection details, including your device’s network (IP) address, to the friend you send them to. To find a route between the two devices, each browser asks Google’s public STUN server for its own public address, so Google sees that address too. We receive and keep nothing about the match.

Notifications (Pocket Sloth)

If you allow notifications, Pocket Sloth schedules reminders on your phone for when your sloth needs care. The reminders are created and stored on your device only.

Children

The apps are suitable for everyone and collect no personal information from anyone, including children.

Your choices and rights

Because your game data never leaves your device, you control it fully: clear the app's data or uninstall the app to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal information; since we hold none, there is nothing for us to provide or erase, but you are welcome to contact us with any question.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
