Are the games really free?
Yes. Every game is free, with no ads, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.
Why are there no ads?
Because ads are a hassle, and we don’t hassle people. The games contain no advertising software at all. More on what we leave out, and why.
Will ads or purchases be added later?
No. Free with no ads, no purchases and no accounts is the point of the studio, not a launch offer.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your progress is saved on your phone.
Does my progress move to a new phone?
Progress lives on the phone it was made on, so it stays there. Some things travel by short code: Mythnest creatures can be traded, and songs made in Jam Jar can be played in Chordfall or sent to a friend.
Do the games work offline?
Yes, every game plays without an internet connection.
Where can I get the games?
Tap Arcade and Chordfall play in your browser on itch.io. The Google Play and App Store versions of every game are coming; the home page shows the live buttons for each game.
