We don’t hassle people.
Free usually comes with a catch: ads between rounds, a video to watch for one more life, coin packs, an account to create, a notification every morning. Our games don’t do any of that. Here is exactly what you get, and what you don’t.
- No ads. Not banners, not videos, not “watch an ad to continue”.
- Nothing to buy. No in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no coin packs, no “remove ads” upgrade.
- No accounts. Nothing to sign up for. No email, no password.
- No tracking. No analytics, no advertising IDs, no permissions you’d wonder about.
- No nagging. Notifications only if you ask for them.
- Works offline. Every game plays with no connection at all.
No ads
The games contain no advertising software, so there is nothing to show you and nothing deciding what to show you. The round you are playing is the whole screen, and the next round starts when you tap, not when a video ends. That is what “ad-free” means here: not “fewer ads”, not “ads until you pay”, none.
Nothing to buy
Every level, instrument, creature, song and page is in the download. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions, which also means there is nothing to tempt a kid with and no “are you sure?” dialogs. If a game has coins or tips, you earn them by playing; they can’t be bought.
No accounts
There is nothing to sign up for. Your progress is saved on your phone, where it belongs. One honest trade-off: it stays on that phone. The few things worth carrying over, such as Mythnest creatures and Jam Jar songs, travel as short codes you can send anywhere.
No tracking
No analytics, no advertising IDs, no data collection, and no requests for your contacts, camera, microphone, photos or location. The privacy policy is short because there is nothing to disclose.
No nagging
No pop-ups asking you to buy, upgrade or sign in, because there is nothing to buy, upgrade or sign in to. The one game that can send a notification is Pocket Sloth, which reminds you to look after your sloth, and only after you turn reminders on.
Works offline
Airplane mode, the subway, a cabin with no signal: every game plays without an internet connection, because none of them needs one to be played.
Why
Because a game that interrupts you every ninety seconds isn’t fun, and we would rather make games people like than games people tolerate. Keeping it this way costs little: the games live on your phone, so there are no ad networks or analytics bills to feed. If you want to support the studio, tell a friend, or leave a review on the store once the games are there.
